I’m having a problem with cabbage. It’s not forming heads. Please take a moment to look at the pictures, and please suggest what should I do now, and what should I do next time, if it late to do anything for these cabbages.

I started cabbage from seeds on March 18th 2015. Then I transplanted them on May 1st 2015. As of today June 6th 2015 they still did not start to form heads. They do look healthy and leafs are firm and green as you can see the pictures that I’m including. To see pictures please copy/paste the links into the address bar ( the pictures are located on my Dropbox):

I transplanted a rather large Holly bush last fall. At first it looked fine, but all of a sudden it turned brown and appears dead, but the branches are still playable. Any hope for it? Should I cut it way back?
