Hi Sherri-The lovely flower is our Dwarf Poinciana (pink variety) grown at the Edison Ford Winter Estates. Botanical name is Caesalipinia pulcherrima. We do sell them in the garden shoppe as we start them from seed. Maybe someone could offer you to sell them seed and you could start your own. The small tree grows to 10-12 feet high and 6 feet wide. You can trim to keep as a standard form after flowering. Blooms on new growth. It is a short lived tree maybe 10-20 years.
